We are teamed as a key subcontractor with CTI Construction who will be performing the building construction and the electrical and communication systems.
Bodell’s self-perform work encompasses replacing and upgrading the aged and deteriorated fuel facilities with tank remodels, truck fill stands, product recovery tank, GPM pumps, filter separators, truck offload skids, new pump house with equipment and piping, all to meet the latest DoD standards. In addition, our mechanical scope includes 7,800 linear feet of existing pipe, supports for demolition and 11,900 linear feet of new piping, supports, fittings, and valves.
The Bodell team made a creative, organized effort to design and build the new Fuel Distribution and Pump House at the Hill Air Force Base in Utah. Our value engineering services analyzed the essential functions of the building and used alternate design concepts, materials, and methods to provide the project’s value objectives perfectly.
