Congratulations to the Osborne/Bodell team on the a EIE 406 Arctic Utilidor project win at Eielson AFB in Fairbanks, Alaska. This work encompasses replacement and installation of new steam, condensate, domestic water, and deluge fire lines in connection with various mission critical buildings for the Air Force.
The design-build team is comprised of Osborne Construction, Kirkland, Washington, and Dowl Engineering, Fairbanks Alaska. Bodell Construction of Salt Lake City, Utah, will join the team as a key subcontractor on the mechanical installation. The short construction season for climate zone 8 has the project fast tracked and slated for completion in October 2018.
