Bodell was contracted to be the general contractor to install the ASP and CO duct for furnace #8. As a General Contractor Bodell self-performed the installation of all mechanical equipment installation, Structural steel upgrades and modifications needed to bring the facility to seismic requirements and the installation of process piping. As a GC Bodell managed all subcontractors i.e. electrical, Coatings, Scaffold and heavy lifting equipment.
