Scope of work comprised of installation if necessary tanks, equipment and to make the necessary tie-ins to allow Buffalo Station to pull crude from the Express pipeline into tanks and from tanks into flow on either the 8” and/or 12” Glacier Pipeline shipping crude to the Billings Refinery. Work included installation of 2 new 150Mbbl crude tanks, tank containment, manifold, level gauges, meters, provers, PLC, Moni, small building, booster pumps, piping and conduit which will require activities that include lifting, hydro excavation, and concrete work. Initial work also entailed geotechnical investigation and drilling.
