This project included demolition and renovation of a nine thousand square foot facility for the client to create new office space, lab areas, conference rooms, gowning rooms, file storage, package and shipping areas. This build would also include hot cell and nuclear medicine labs, the first of its kind in the state of Utah. The addition of a three thousand five hundred square foot space would also be renovated for gas storage, concrete vault for a new cyclotron unit. New data and electrical rooms were also added to support the clients needs. Bodell procured and installed the new exhaust and radiation exhaust equipment to facilitate the creation of nuclear medicines. Clean room laboratories, equipment installation, and maintaining building security were achieved while in a partially occupied facility.
