Bodell Construction completed an addition of a direct-fired thermal oxidizer unit. Approximately 1,000 tons of structural steel were erected, including all platforms, stairs and access ladders with a diagonal crossover and pipe rack spanning two structures. The scope also entailed installation of all mechanical systems including a 100 foot burner, three vertical cyclones, three scrubbers and 200 foot stacks. All piping, controls and systems were installed to support the reduction of emissions required of the plant.
