Working side-by-side with the lead architect of the project, Bodell Construction constructed this luxury condominium complex using key-value engineering principles. This luxury condominium complex is located near the lower Deer Valley ski runs just outside of Park City, Utah. The project includes a commons building and an elaborate owner’s lounge with beamed ceilings, stone fireplaces, and a catering kitchen. The recreation facility includes a swimming pool, large sun deck, spa, exercise room, and locker facilities.
